What did you do today to get you closer to this? This morning I did the Summer Arms workout from the Tone It Up Beach Babe DVD, then a 45 minute HIIT workout. I was so tired, but I’m glad I got it in. Early bed time for this girl tonight!

I’m completely against blogs promoting anorexia. I think the goal of getting fit and toned, is ultimately being HEALTHY. Changing your current lifestyle and making healthier decisions.
